                                                                                                      I made a reservation to celebrate a dear friend of ours. I even told them as we were walking in that it’s a birthday and I’d like a birthday cake or a birthday dessert. Dinner was fine both me and my friend felt the ribs were cold, but we saw how busy you were and didn’t say anything. Time for dessert they said would you like to bring a dessert? They said no we said it’s a birthday just bring something. She brought the check and there was no happy birthday or singing. I was quite disappointed with that since I put in the app that there was a birthday. my husband forgot to give his card number that has his points on it. If you can add the points to his corridor if you need something more from us, his phone number is 240-888-1110. Or my number is 240-888-5733. Thank you for your help Joy Nearpass.

                                                                                                      We have been coming to the Stanford Grill for many years and have always enjoyed the food as well as the staff. However, our 1st visit at the renamed Glenwood, was very disappointing. While Nico, our server was amazing and the food was tasty, I had the misfortune of finding hair on my plate after finishing my meal. We notified Nico and advised we didn’t want the meal taken off the bill, but simply wanted to raise awareness to prevent future occurrences. Nico shared this information with his manager (Dave) and we were very disappointed that the manager did not take the time to come over and apologize for the occurrence. Instead, he sent Nico back over to advise that the meal was removed from the bill, which is not what we wanted. We chose to include this portion in with Nico’s tip. The manager should have demonstrated better leadership and handled the matter. Very disappointing!

                                                                                                      It’s reliable. The ambiance is nice - cozy and warm. Some of the food is great, most is just good. The cocktails are generally very good, and the key lime pie is delicious. The menu is limited and can use a revamp, and the cost is too high for what it is. Hoped the menu would change with the new name, but so far it hasn’t.

                                                                                                      My wife and I enjoyed a quiet dinner at Glenwood's. The food was excellent. She had the tenderloin filet and I had the prime rib. Both were prepared as we requested. Paired with nice glasses of wine, it was a very nice evening.
