   Aspettative deluse! Siamo stati in diversi Ramsay Burger e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene. Questo in particolare, a Chicago è deludente. Cibo di bassa qualità, hamburger senza sale e soprattutto presentato malissimo in un vassoio di alluminio scarno! Ambiente desolante e non accattivante.

   Other than the waiter not checking back enough it was another amazing dinner! Love this place!

   Burger ordered as medium rare, came out rare. Mix up on milk slake order but made it right -thank you. The ambience was quiet and seemed liked one step above a Shake Shack., however cocktails were delicious and server/bar tender was super nice.

   Decent place, Decent but unimpressive burger at $22 for a burger that comes with no sides or garnishing you'd expect to be really impressed, and I wasn't. You could tell the burger was freshly made, which is definite plus. However, to me the meat itself tasted unseasoned outside of the toppings. Additionally, it was a messy meal as the bottom bun was soggy and fell apart while I was eating it. I am all for a juicy burger but should I need wet wipes to keep cleaning my hands so I can eat it 🤔. The service was good and the server was nicely attentive but the burger was just meh... There are other restaurants in Chicago that serve better high end quality burgers. So, go because it's Gordon Ramsey but lower your expectations...

   Nice to eat at another GR burger spot. We got every time when we go to Vegas. Chicago location was okay. Asked for Medium Rare, ended up getting rare. The apps were good. One time is good enough for me.

    The burger was delicious and I did love my food, but the service was slow and the drinks were overpriced for not being that strong, but we did have a very nice fun waiter
