   Watch out for up charges without telling you. For instance Victoria will asked you what side you want. It doesn’t come with a side. That added about 49 bucks to the bill. She also tried to snag the bill and payment before I finished looking at it. There is a service charge added to the bill of 20 percent regardless of the size of your party. This place is sketchy. $249 for marginal beef Wellington and a Cesar salad. Not worth it. Good view though.

   We had reservations for 8:30 pm on a Saturday night. We got there around 8:15 and waited around 35 minutes until we were called. We ordered the pan seared scallops, which were good but I was very disappointed because last time I went there were 5 scallops but this time only 3 and they raised the price. I asked the server about it and she lied. We also ordered the lobster risotto and beef Wellington. The risotto was amazing. The Wellington was smaller than before and much more expensive. Overall it was a nice dinner but I don’t think I’ll go back.

   First time at Hell’s Kitchen, for my wife’s birthday. It was absolutely amazing!! The food and service was excellent. Would definitely be attending again in the future! Love the Hell’s Kitchen franchises and the show!!

   Super rude general manager. Ruined my 31st birthday accusing my table that we were vaping when we were not. Will not be back. Very cool bartender downstairs - name starts with a J.

   Lobster risotto, Harissa flatbread, toffee pudding, mac and cheese, and au gratin potatoes were phenomenal! Drinks were good too!

   Disappointed, very, very disappointed. There were 4 of us. The butternut squash soup was flavorless until my friend asked for pepper and cinnamon. The steak was cooked but very grisly and no flavor. My octopus was over cooked and the side dish potatoes were under cooked. The Wellington and Branzino Fish were good. Given the cost, including the 20% service fee THEN the tip and other taxes and parking it was totally not worth it.

   Hell’s Kitchen was a great place to visit. My mother loves the show so I just had to take her! The food was good but the service was excellent!

   A lovely afternoon celebrating sisterhood with a friend. We enjoyed our meals. I ate all of my crispy salmon with sticky rice. We both stated the food was fresh, served hot and flavorful. We shared 2 desserts, the toffee pudding and cheesecake. Both delish but the toffee pudding was the favorite. Our waiter was attentive. Beautiful view. I’m a GR fan and truly enjoyed being seated by the kitchen. I’ll be back.

    Do not recommend. First, the food was just ok. Nothing memorable. My $68 filet was nothing special and certainly not worth $68. To finish off the mediocre food we had a 20% "service fee" that our waiter said was not a tip and was to pay for the other staff. So apparently the expectation is to tip 40% for an over priced meal that was average at best. The subpar google business reviews now make sense. One and done for me. You've been warned.
