Food was mediocre, staff was slow, drink was subpar (ordered a dirty martini and it was crystal clear).

                                                                                                                                                                                  It is a beautiful restaurant, and the food is terrific (brunch). But the service was so horribly neglectful that I will never return. I have sat at the bar with two or three friends in the past and had a lovely evening. But I brought out-of-town guests, a party of eight, for brunch and was embarrassed by the service... or should I say LACK of service! And considering how empty the restaurant was, there is NO excuse! I won't be back.

                                                                                                                                                                                  This is a great addition to Grand Central Station and my new "go to" meeting spot for business lunch in NYC. From the hostess to the servers to the bus staff, everyone was attentive and friendly. We had a great breakfast complete with a delicious homemade croissant! And the vibe is amazing. The photos give you an idea but it really is amazing. Reservations seem like a good idea. We ate on a Sat morning early and by the time we left it was bustling.

The bar area in back is stunning. Service was great, friendly and attentive. Food was good, just onion soup and a sandwich. We'll try it again for dinner.

It has a nice vibe, very mod, very chic, very convenient to transportation. However, if you are looking for a good meal, the food is just adequate. The food is pricey, so not the best value. But still, a good place to meet friends and colleagues for its central location and affluent air of success.
