We certainly wish you had asked to speak with a member of management when you dined with us as most issues may be resolved on the spot rather than reading about them in a review such as we are doing now.                                                                       Food and service were excellent as always. Grand Street is always a go to for our family when in doubt. Appetizers and entrees were prepared well and our party of 4 enjoyed each meal. A bit loud and drinks a little slow due to business but manageable. Always appreciate the attentiveness of staff and management. Enjoy

                                                                      Ok ur waitress disappeared for about 30 mins. We wanted more drinks and to order dinner, but decided to finish up and leave. She was really sweet, but just not present.
