   It was a great experience and great service from Jimmy and the staff. Drinks were amazing and will definitely come back

   I loved this unique cocktail bar. The staff were very knowledgeable and provided great service. Although there was really no food available, we tried the pairing food for the cocktail, which turned out to be two crackers with cheese for $7. I highly recommend coming here for the cocktails and amazing vibe, but if you want some snack food with your drinks, you'll need to bring your own.

   Gorgeous ambience from the miment you walk through the door. Intimate setting. Complimentary welcome drink was a lovely surprise. Cocktails were perfection. Could taste the quality and the spirits. Definitely will go again

   OMG! The drinks are amazing, We will definitely be returning. Can't comment on the food as they did not have the food pairing menu out yet, but did see a delicious looking cheese plate go by that look fantastic. The staff were friend and welcoming. We loved the complementary drink upon arrival, and the little history story given about Grandad Jack. It was a bit noisy inside so we decided to sit in the outdoor area, when there was a breeze it was great, otherwise it was a bit stuffy, I would suggest a fan or two for that area to increase comfort. Average price you would expect to pay for cocktails around Newcastle, with a couple little more expensive ones, but so worth it?

   What a brilliant new bar experience in Newcastle! The staff are awesome, the drinks are amazing and the ambience is fabulous. Surely Granddad's Bar Experience will fast become a must-visit place in Newcastle! Limited food choices - mainly cheese options - but this will likely change. However, who needs food when the rest of the experience is outstanding!

    The atmosphere and aesthetic of the bar were amazing! The staff were welcoming and the service was prompt. They have a variety of cocktails or just the classic G&T! Would go back again.
