   There are no words for how incredible my experience was. Food and service were outstanding. Our server Joel was so attentive his sensational service really put everything over the top. Cannot recommend this place enough.

   Loved the food and the restaurant! Service was poor, we were never asked if we had questions, server was in a rush, was hard to find him, didn’t check who wanted refill on drinks and guidance on the menu, table was cleaned and a couple of us were still eating and server wasn’t happy when we ordered dessert, we saw him making faces to the support staff.

   Unfortunate to say, but my recent visit to Grill 23 wasn't a great experience. It was a Saturday night and understandably it was busy, but so incredibly loud I couldn't hear my partner talk. The waiter had a particularly jabbing sense of humor, but would add character on a regular night but I didn't appreciate being negged while trying to celebrate an anniversary dinner. Maybe I shouldn't have been expecting a fine dining experience because the crowd was dressed anywhere from suits to hoodies; and food, drinks, and culterly kept on spilling/falling on the floor. Overall the food was fine. Soups were served at room temperature, not hot. The steaks were cooked nicely and flavorful. Sorry to say, given the overall experience and inflated prices, I would have expected better.

   It was fine for a steakhouse! Not sure I’d make a point to go back as it wasn’t anything wildly out of this world.

    Last night, my friends and I visited Grill 23, drawn in by the rave reviews of their service and exceptional steak. I want to start by saying my steak was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the aged ribeye steak paired with the creamed spinach. The tater tots were good, but I wish they had a dipping sauce or some garnishment to complement the truffle flavor. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the high expectations set by the restaurant's reputation. Despite having a reservation and arriving on time, we waited over 10 minutes to be seated. When our server did attend to our table, he was friendly and informative; however, his availability was quite limited, and we found ourselves waving him down several times to get his attention. Additionally, when it came time to box our leftovers, the server provided us with boxes instead of offering to do it for us, which seemed inconsistent with the service offered to other patrons. Lastly, our request for creamy espresso martinis was not well executed; they arrived dark, and instead of making new ones, the bartender just added Bailey’s on top, resulting in a warm drink. Overall, while the food was excellent, the service left much to be desire
