Named after our daughter Grace, along with the idea that a steakhouse can be graceful, whimsical, and elegant without being dark and moody. What started as a vision to keep the vibe light and airy while letting the outside in, has turned into an Award-winning design of which we couldn't be prouder.
This menu is truly meant to offer something for everyone, with often found steakhouse features as well as a plethora of seafood to truly highlight the best of the gulf and beyond. Prime, Dry Aged and local Wagyu cuts of beef in 4 to 40 oz. portions are available to satisfy any sized appetite. Innovative cocktails and wines from around the world top it all off -making Guard and Grace the place to be for happy hour, a couple's night out or your private event.
Our family, or Ohana, is a passionate group of culinary obsessives who strive to make memories that will last a lifetime. Houston is a special city that has stolen our hearts, and from the bottom of them, we thank you for joining us.

    Locale raffinato e elegante. Buon cibo, ottimo cocktail. Servizio eccellente. Cameriere premuroso e estremamente attento.

    Worst service I have had in years. Server was nice but for a $1000 meal (there were only 4 of us) it should have been better. We sat for 20 minutes before having our first drink. Each time we would get a drink we would have to reorder the next and it was still a long wait in between. Food was good but nothing exceptional and was equal in quality to other comparable restaurants. After the first round of appetizers they took our plates and silverware even though we asked to keep them because we had more coming. Once the next round came we had to wait for the server to come back so we could ask for plates and silverware. If service we better we would probably go back but there are too many other options in Houston for fine dining to have a subpar experience for that price.

    Our experience at Guard and Grace was unmatched. We were treated with excellent food and service, namely by our server Trey, who elevated our experience. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this restaurant to our friends and family!

    Our first time dining at this contemporary upscale restaurant. Very nice ambience. Nice view of downtown Houston at street level. Noise level very good. Service by Trey was excellent. Food was delicious. My wife and I enjoyed the 4 oz NY Strip, cooked to perfection. Whipped potatoes were great and i order easily fed four of us that were dining.

    Best restaurant in Houston! Great quality and great portions. I was proposed to here back in June, and came back for my birthday. Definitely the best place to celebrate!

    Quality of the food was exceptional from the tender octopus to the black card all the way to perfectly prepared french fries We enjoyed the meal
