Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar offers guests a taste of Fieri’s signature cuisine. It features bold flavors and unique twists on traditional dishes. Open Sunday through Thursday 10am until 11pm. Friday and Saturday from 10am until 11:30pm. The restaurant offers a delicious food menu including an extensive variety of burgers, wings, tacos, small bites and shareable food items.

The 6,500 square-foot space boasts a large outdoor patio and dining area with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. The cooking space features a metal, tile, and wood theme that closely resembles Fieri’s kitchen at home. Fieri’s tattoos are also incorporated as part of the design elements throughout the restaurant and bar, including coasters, napkins and dishware, as well as memorabilia from his alma mater, UNLV.

                                                        Excellent decision to eat at Guy Fieri’s Vegas kitchen and Bar!! The macaroni and cheeseburger was excellent, and the jalapeño stuffed bacon wrapped peppers were off the chain! We’ll do it again next time!

                                                        Came here for some quick appies. Got the Trash can nachos and Gochujang Wings. Wings were outstanding. Nachos were really good but wouldn't get them with only 2 people again. Portion is huge and they get soggy before you can finish the plate. Best shared with 3-4 people.

                                                        Best nachos in Vegas hands down! A must stop for us in every Vegas visit after a Raider game. We love the Trashcan Nachos and Jalapeño poppers and Guy’s signature Bloody Mary. Never disappoints.

                                                        10/10 - recommend! The food was really good! The burgers were tasty, cooked perfectly and a great size! I had the mac and cheese burger which admittedly, I didn’t think this would work but it was honestly really tasty and I am now converted! The mac and cheese wasn’t overwhelming and a nice touch. The ambience and service was also excellent. Will recommend to others and will be sure to come back one day.

                                                        I have gone to this restaurant in Las Vegas several times over the last 15 years. Last night was a terrible experience. We waited quite awhile before our table was approached. The restaurant was not busy at 5pm. We ordered drinks & I told my party how great the ribs were which I had on many other occasions. We each ordered half racks. The dinner arrived in about 5 - 10 minutes after ordering which I thought was so sudden. The ribs were fatty & just bearly warmed. The Mac & cheese was pretty decent except the onion straws on top were soggy, not crispy at all. The coleslaw was so dry I thought they forgot the dressing. The cornbread was also dry. I should have said something but did not as they were not very attentive. I really love Guy Fieri's shows he's a great chef but this time I think he would have been ashamed.

                                                        Fast and very friendly service. Food was great. We had the bbq sandwich and chicken sandwich both came w fries. Both were fantastic. We would recommend both. Only complaint I have is the pricing. Like all of Vegas pricing is steep for basic items. 2 sandwiches and just water- $65 plus tax & tip and we did look at the drink menu. Average drink start at $20 and go way up from there. Again - we knew pricing going in, just sharing our experiance.
