Service was just okay. Waited 20 minutes just to eat out first round of meats. Literally sat there and none of our food came out on time. Came out really slow. Had to ask an employee about our dishes and seems like they were just sitting in the back. Was not worth the experience and it was our first time. Food was good. Service was slow and terrible for something “high end”

The service was disappointing despite the restaurant not being busy. The quality of the first round of meat was subpar, and we had to wait 15 minutes for the second round, which was noticeably fresher.

Waiting 30 plus minutes for one dish to come out at a time. Way overpriced for average flavored food. Waitress was not attentive or efficient. Overall 1/10….

The food quality was really bad and we could not eat all of the beef due to its poor quality. They were running a tonkatsu special that was inedible.

We had a great experience here to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The server was wonderful in helping us figure out the gluten-free options for my husband. Though they didn't acknowledge the birthday, they were very accommodating and friendly. We will be happy to return.
