The restaurant provided an incredible dining experience. From the warm ambiance to the friendly staff, every detail was perfect. The menu featured a variety of delicious dishes, each expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The service was attentive, making the entire meal enjoyable. Definitely a memorable outing.

Good came out quickly. We had issues with our grill. Staff was able to relocate us to solve the issue.

Our server Jaymee was excellent!! Very knowledgeable about the menu, cook times, and overall extremely pleasant. He was very busy and we felt well taken care of at all times. The food was great and this was a really fun interactive experience for a group of 6. Will definitely be back and I hope we have Jaymee again!

I forgot the waiters name, but he did have a tattoo and mentioned being Chinese. He worked with Jayden. This was around 3pm 10/11. Both waiters were great, but the first waiter spent the majority of the shift waiting us until his lunch break. He was consistently checking in to make sure the grill was cleaned and constantly asked if we needed anything. Gave us awesome recommendations as it was my first time being at that type of restaurant. I really enjoyed the food and with the incredible service I received I will gladly be coming back.

We frequent the White Plains Gyu Kaku location. We always reflect back and say that the meal is delicious and very satisfying. We’ve never had a disappointing dinner experience. Food always taste good and high-quality. Service is quick. Highly recommend. Gyu Kaku beats the other BBQ Ayce locations just in the quality of the food.
