Since 2001, H2O Seafood & Sushi has showcased seasonal seafood, served with passion, and conceived with creativity. Designed with an upscale New England feel, you’ll feel right at home at H2O in our warm and inviting space. And what’s on our menu is dictated by what’s in the sea, with our culinary team proudly sourcing local fish and supporting local farmers through their creative takes in the kitchen.

Guests are invited to sit at our expansive gray marble bar while feasting on fresh sushi or our modern American seafood classics. Our delicious menu not only features abundant fish, but also satisfies land lovers with celebrated dishes like filet mignon wellington with mushroom duxelles and brie fondue or our roasted half chicken with cornbread stuffing, mushrooms, and chicken jus.

Weekly specials include Happy Hour, as well as our 3-course Wednesday Wine Dinners, which curate pairings of wine with each off-menu course.

Reservations are recommended but walk-ins are always welcome.

For one week, we're serving a special $50 3-Course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu and optional 3-Course Wine Pairing for just $25. We visited on Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was completely booked. The hostess was very pleasant, the manager was very personable and our server was incredible. The Valentine’s dinner menu had so many options. Our meal came out promptly and everything was delicious!!!

What a great restaurant. From the drinks to the food band the dessert was just amazing. The service was great as well.

We have eaten at H20 a few times now and the food is hit or miss. Last night was a miss. The popovers were overdone as was the chicken dish and two flounder dishes. The tuna dish was cooked perfectly (asked for it black and blue). For the price of the meals, they should be cooked to perfection. The crème brûlée was delish as was the chocolate cake, with the exception of the crème that accompanied it - the server said it was fresh whipped crème. Still not sure exactly what it was. Our server, Stephen, was amazing and attentive. The atmosphere is very nice.

This is always an awesome meal, and we look forward to dining here. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The service is top notch and the staff are all very nice. On this trip we chose the restaurant week menu and the options were all fantastic and it is a great value for the amount of food you receive. Highly recommend and can not wait to go again.

Everything we ordered on the restaurant week menu was good except the Sushi. The rice and the inside were extremely soft
