   Haidilao Hot Pot did not accept the reservation from Open Table, I don’t understand why it is still on the website, and I even received the review email, unbelievable, they should remove this restaurant from open table! Luckily we went there earlier, otherwise we would not get a table to dine in.

   We come here often, and their great service never changes. It's such a welcoming environment, and there are plenty of varieties to choose from on their menu. Their workers are very friendly and always do their best to assist us if we need any help. Also, a shout-out to their new employee, Jackson. He was very accommodating and made sure our table had a great experience, answering any questions we had as well.

   My first time going to a hotpot and it was great. It's a little confusing at first, which hotpot bases to pick and which food items and how much. The serving staff was very helpful and got us on track. The experience was fun and delicious. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

   Excellent ingredients. Very good broth. But the most outstanding component of our meal was the excellent service - it was extraordinary attentive without being intrusive. We went just before the dinner rush, when they had the same # of staff with less diners.

   It’s a great place. Food was delicious. We did have to wait around 20 minutes for a table even though we had a reservation.

   Servers here are very attentive and will make sure that you are well taken care of. My boyfriend and I go here often for late night dinner.

   Great service and quick food. The host brought us to the table quick and showed us how to order with the iPad. The broth was tasty and food quality was okay.
