Creating only the most modern recipes and using high-quality ingredients to ensure every dining experience at Hand Cut is unique and exciting. Food was mediocre at best. Didn’t get our whole order. When the rest came out finally it wasn’t hot. Staff was nice and they had live music but wouldn’t go back.

Had a business dinner while staying at the Embassy Downtown. Service was great and the food was delicious. I enjoyed salmon and Brussel sprouts. Both were wonderful. I will definitely go back.

Loved the overall vibe of the place! Super pretty, food was yummy. I ordered the ribeye and it was an average steak, nothing crazy. You don’t get any sides with any entree, it’s an extra charge for anything. However if you’re not prepared to spend money don’t bother. There is items on the menu that aren’t expensive. Overall 7/10.

Don't waste your money. Ordered the $58 a la carte 14oz Ribeye. ordered it medium. It came rare to medium rare. When you're spending that much on a single steak it should be able to be cooked as ordered, if that wasn't bad enough I had ordered the $5 red wine steak sauce and it was served ice cold which further ruined the steak. I have never had steak sauces served cold in any steak house I have ever been to. There was a huge line of gristle throughout the steak, something I have never had occur in a ribeye before. We were starving after spending the day caving at mammoth caves and couldn't be bothered to send it back but I hope to save you from the terrible experience. If you don't have a choice but to eat there do not get the steak, try a burger.
