   Personale gentilissimo. Sono allergica alla cipolla e la cameriera ha chiamato il cuoco che è venuto personalmente a parlarci. Hanno trovato un panino adatto a me, siamo stati benissimo. Hard Rock una garanzia!

   I booked a table to celebrate my niece's thirteenth birthday. They gave us a nice table with a view of the Grand Place. The food was good. What we were not satisfied with, besides the exorbitant price, much more expensive than the average of this place in other countries, was the inattentive service. Around 10 pm we suddenly found ourselves with the waiters cleaning the tables, while we were finishing dinner, and when we asked to order a dessert they told us that the kitchen was closed. Since they knew that my reservation was to celebrate a birthday, they could have also been kind enough to let us know before the kitchen closed, as all places normally do. It was an unforgivable lack of attention, especially if I make the comparison with the Hard Rock in other cities, where they even offered dessert to the birthday girl. I didn't expect the same in Brussels, but at least to be able to order it without being hastily evicted. Ho prenotato un tavolo per festeggiare i tredici anni di mia nipote. Ci hanno dato un bel tavolo con vista sulla Grand Place. Il cibo è stato buono. Quello di cui non siamo rimasti soddisfatti, oltre il prezzo esorbitante, molto più caro della media di questo locale in altri paesi, è stato il servizio poco attento. Verso le 22 ci siamo ritrovati con i camerieri che pulivano i tavoli, mentre stavamo finendo di cenare, e quando abbiamo chiesto di poter ordinare un dolce ci hanno detto che la cucina era chiusa. Siccome sapevano che la mia prenotazione era per festeggiare un compleanno, avrebbero potuto anche usarci la gentilezza di avvisarci prima che la cucina chiudesse, come normalmente fanno tutti i locali. E' stata una mancanza di attenzione imperdonabile, soprattutto se faccio il paragone con l'Hard Rock di altre città, in cui addirittura hanno offerto il dolce alla festeggiata. Non pretendevo lo stesso, ma almeno di poterlo ordinare senza essere sloggiati in maniera sbrigativa.

   Dopo aver chiesto svariate volte il conto alla ragazza, con fare stufo e infastidito, mi dice si,ma va fuori a fumarsi la sigaretta.

   Atmosfera fantastica, finestre che affacciano sulla Grand Place e reperti storici musicali davvero importanti, beh, se non ci siete mai stati, dovete andarci! Ci tornerò sicuramente

   Aangenaam verrast dat we 30 minuten vóór onze reserveringstijd (13.15u) een mooie tafel met sfeervol overzicht toegewezen kregen ! Correcte, vlotte bediening van Matthia die ons alle tijd gunde om te genieten. Lekkere Original Legendary Burger gegeten, de beef hamburger was perfect naar wens gebakken. Een aanrader ! Liefhebbers (waaronder wijzelf) vinden er ook de Hard Rock Shop. Ideaal gelegen aan de historische Grote Markt van Brussel.
