Seit 2011 servieren wir in den denkmalgeschützten Hamburger Landungsbrücken amerikanische Klassiker mit lokalen Aromen sowie klassische und kreative Cocktailkreationen. Siamo degli affezionati dell’Hard Rock Cafe’, purtroppo l’atmosfera e in parte il menù (ridotto rispetto al solito) ha risentito delle misure anti Covid-19. Siamo stati comunque soddisfatti e continueremo a visitare HRC durante i nostri viaggi, sperando che tutto possa tornare alla normalità.

Thanks for your positive review. Unfortunately and due to the current situation, we have to offer a reduced menu. Furthermore the atmosphere, which is known to be crowded, full and loud, is not as we can deliver it right now, as for example our capacity is reduced. But we hope to be fully back soon and would love to welcome you again then!

Coole Location, gemütliches Ambiente (mit Gitarren & Co. an der Wand) mit Blick auf den Hafen. Unterschiedliche Musik, etwas lauter als normal. Service super freundlich. Essen lecker. Cocktails hätte man besser mixen können. ✌🏼 Aber… wir kommen wieder 🤘🏼

Einfach absolut überteuert und mehr eis als Getränke in den Getränken. Schade. Essen 22€ für einen unterirdischen burger ist sxhon frech

Wir hatten extra den Tisch vorbestellt und dachten nicht genau an der Tür zu sitzen, wo es ständig kalt und laut war. Bei anderen Hard Rock Cafe, war es nie der Fall. Der Service und essen alles super.

Super lecker, Preis Leistung ist wie bei den meisten Franchise Unternehmen etwas höher aber voll im Rahmen. Der Service ist super aufmerksam und läuft regelmäßig seine Runden ohne das man groß warten muss. Parkplätze gibt's direkt vorm Café oder halt weiter weg und man muss etwas laufen.

We booked a table and got a worse place in the restaurant. Guests without a reservation got a place at the window with river view - other places were although free. Starter was missed, the waiter was informed on the moment he tried to bring the main menue. After a few discussions - we ordered the starter and it was a wish of my daughter. 10 min later we got the starter and what was happen next - we got the food presented first 25min earlier. We denied the food and ordered new - what was not happened. Beef was dry, Burger patties done, and the Steak was also well done. Brining food a second time to a table is bad, but getting the same food a third time - „new“ presented … Thank you, never again!
