Harriman’s invites you to experience an extraordinary evening as our sommelier, John Leight, introduces Melanie Natoli, the esteemed winemaker from Cana Vineyard and Winery. Our chefs will craft a remarkable dining experience thoughtfully paired with Melanie's exceptional wines for a night to remember Reception to begin at 6pm and Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Requirements: Guest must be 21+

4:45 PM – 6:30 PM | $75 per guest | Cooking Studio Doors open at 4:45pm and class will begin at 5pm. This casual and interactive wine tasting event will help you hone your wine knowledge and diversify your palate. Pairings will include five wines and petite appetizers, plus education on the wines and the region. At the end of the tasting experience, guests will have the opportunity to purchase their favorite bottles to take home at 10% discount. Dine in Harrimans following your Uncorked tasting and save 20% on your final bill.

4:45 PM – 6:00 PM | $60 per guest | Cooking Studio Join us in the Cooking Studio with one of our beverage partners for a fun evening of education and experimentation. You will learn everything from the origins of certain spirits to crafting signature cocktails, tips, tricks, and tools of the trade to be used at home. Doors open at 4:45pm and the class will begin at 5pm. There will be a 23% gratuity and 10 % tax added to the final total.
