Harry’s Restaurant in Exeter is set in the heart of the city and has been gratifying appetites for 26 years. Rated as one of the best restaurants in Exeter on TripAdvisor, Harry’s has established itself to become the go-to dining den on the neighbourhood food scene.

Founded in 1993 by the Pounds family, Harry’s is still independently owned and run today. The eclectic restaurant, bar and private dining room all sit within the iconic gothic style building, formerly Harry Hems’ 19th century architectural sculptors workshop.

    Always good. Friendly and good food if a touch pricey. Nice atmosphere at lunch time. A treat to go there.

    Great staff, fantastic food, superb setting! Absolutely brilliant meal AGAIN! If haven't tried Harry's yet, SORT YOURSELF OUT! It is brilliant!

    Lovely, happy staff who provided excellent service. Food came in a completely appropriate amount of time and was delicious. Beer and champagne perfect. Ambience really great. Looking forward to next time. Thanks Harry's team Exeter!

    Excellent on every level. Harry’s never disappoints and always produces good quality food. Can never fault it which is why the place is always busy. Always a great vibe. Well done Harry’s.

    Definitely the best place to eat in Exeter. Fresh, local and delicious food in a great atmosphere. Staff are always friendly and have never had a bad meal here.

    Always good here which is why we ALWAYS come. Food excellent, so too is the service. Today, best Beef carpacio I've had, and let's face it, it's Exeter town centre!!!!! Wished we could have stayed here for the rest of the afternoon drinking great wine, in a lively ambience, but places to go and people to see. Keep up the good work. See you next time I'm in Exeter.

    Our absolute favourite place to eat in Exeter & our 8th consecutive NYE booking. The food is delicious, freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The service is faultless, nothing is too much trouble for any of the team; as ever a special shout out to Amy - always greets you with a smile - until next time

    This is my second time here, and it has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service is patient and enthusiastic, and each dish is carefully crafted, exquisite, and delicious. I will definitely come again.
