Slow service, brought different parts of our main course at different times, overall a less memorable experience which is disappointing given the proximity of your location

Started off as a great new Italian restaurant close to home. Service the last two occasions has really deteriorated. Example, Fifteen minutes to get your drinks, fifteen minutes to finishing meal to getting a waiter to clear and offer desert/coffee. Also the second time that a takeaway container is not available - so food waste continues! Food is superb, location and decor wonderful, so real pity about the smaller things that makes one great - improve your service!

It was just a very strange experience with disorganised staff, an interesting floor manager & a lack of attention. There was a deduction from the bill but that didn’t make up for ruining a long overdue catch up with friends whilst I was visiting from overseas. I will not be returning.

What an evening, I can confidently say that it was an outstanding experience! The food was absolutely amazing—each dish was bursting with authentic Italian flavors that transported me straight to Italy. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delight. What truly set this restaurant apart was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a wonderful meal. Our waiter, Kazi , was particularly impressive. He provided excellent recommendations and made sure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. If you're looking for a fantastic Italian dining experience, I highly recommend the Harries Restaurant, I can't wait to return!

Most of the dishes were very nicely prepared and the service was great. However, the spaghetti vongole included mostly clam shells, but not the meat from the clams. Perhaps they were inadvertently left behind in the pot ?

The worst food experience we’ve had in London. Food arrived cold. The fettuccine vongole tasted like it had sweet chilli sauce added to it and was disgusting. The pappardelle bolognaise was watery. When we ordered our wine, the waiter told us we should order a better bottle than the one we selected, found this offensive it actually turned out to be one of the nicest wines I’ve had so we placed an order online when we got home to get more. Service was very slow. To top it off, they added ice chips to our limoncello, no one should have to drink watered down limoncello.
