Food and service was terrible. Kitchen put a steak salad in a microwave when I mentioned the steak was not done enough for me. The salad came back wilted in a piping hot bowl. The rest of the tables food was okay, drinks were not good. Pricey restaurant for mediocre food.

Great family spot for big groups, across from T mobile park. Easy walk, great service. Fast and great American food with a mean margarita! Will definitely be back!

Food was quite bland. Lemon Chicken, potatoes, and brocollini. Only thing that had flavor was brocollini, which was a charred flavor. Pulled Pork Sandwich, the pickled beets was the only thing that provided flavor. Sprite was flat. Homemade chips were good, pizza was good. Food got delivered quick, however entire service was slow. Server started clearing the table AFTER getting handed the check with the card, and didn't clear any dishes until then. Poor time to spend cleaning up the table. Either it should be done throughout (taking away excess dishes), or should wait til after the costumer has paid and left. Not while you are holding the check and card, delaying time.

Awesome spot to watch a game - lots of TV’s visible from each seat. Friendly attentive service. We all had burgers. I would go again.

The Hatback Grille was fabulous!! Great food! Great drinks! Our waitress was very good as well!! The only problem we had was that our reservation was nowhere to be found! It did not get from Open Table to the restaurant! The person at the check in desk handled it beautifully!! We were seated very quickly! Great on the part of Hatback, not so great on Open Table.

They lost my reservation despite my phone confirming it. They also gave us the wrong table. We had a 5 year old with us and I specifically requested a standard table, not a barstool height table. It's dangerous for my kid to sit that high at that age, and I'm short. It made seating extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. 3 drinks + pretzel + grain bowl ended up being $100??? While flavorful, way overpriced. Waiter/service at the table was decent, but the greeters weren't kind at all. Bathrooms were clean and nice, easy to use, felt safe for women and children, and a good design.
