This is not a great spot for celebrating a birthday. They messaged me just 30 minutes before my reservation to let me know balloons weren’t allowed, which was fine since I didn’t have any. However, they also informed me of a $35 fee just to store my cake in the back. On top of that, they didn’t have a lighter for the cake, and the servers don’t sing (which I was fine with, but still not very birthday-friendly). Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend coming here for any celebration. The food is overpriced for what you get, and unless you're just coming for drinks, I wouldn’t bother. My server was friendly and attentive, though—she did a good job. Overall, I’d rate this place a 2/10.

Overall the experience was ok. Nothing special. Service was friendly but she forgot certain things. Like when I asked for milk for my coffee after she served it, then walked away. Eventually she brought it when pointed out to. and my husband asked where his was after we were served our beverages, she forgot his tea. When my husband asked for eggs over medium she repeated scrambled? He said no over easy. Things like that. I think cause it was so loud she couldn’t hear us properly. The music was way too loud. Like a night club. We did ask her if they could turn it down. We couldn’t hear ourselves. She walked away and said they would when she came back to our table. But they didn’t. It’s too early in the day to play loud music. We wanted to talk without shouting. I don’t mind music just softer.

The bartender from Columbia was amazing!!! We got engaged at haven and they tended to us hand and foot to enhance the complete experience.

The ambiance at Haven is beautiful, and my server was really kind and very professional. However, my food was incredibly disappointing. My calamari appetizer was bland and my pasta entrée was displeasing, it completely turned me off.
