Welcome to Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge, where celebrated Chef Brian Malarkey and his brother James bring a slice of their Central Oregon ranching heritage to Bend. Our 'modern cowboy' restaurant & bar with its wood-fired oven, semi-private canvas tent dining, and a vibrant outdoor patio, perfectly embodies Oregon's majestic outdoors.

Our menu, deeply rooted in ranch-to-plate traditions, showcases beef & produce from our nearby Tumalo ranch. With an onsite butcher shop and smoker, we utilize every part of the animal, delivering high-quality steaks and inventive dishes at friendly prices. Favorites include our Happy Hour Texas Toast Smash Burger, Whole Snapper and Beef Tongue Tostadas, all to be enjoyed alongside cocktails, mocktails local beers, and PNW wines.

Our Huckleberry Lounge will be transformed into The Pink Pony Club, complete with an acoustic guitarist and fabulous decor. Exceptional service from booking our Company Party and communication, to the decor and service. The coordinator, Alexa, to set up our space was always very prompt with our communication and easy to work with. Our waiter went above and beyond for all the guests and remembered a couple of us that haven’t been in for months. Hawkeye & huckleberry, Brian and Carlos you have been a such a great well done exciting addition to Bend. Much love!- Kayleen Q

Second time being here and the first was much better. 47 dollars for a 5 dollar salmon filet with some butter on it. 65 dollars for a 10 dollar New York strip. For 65 dollars you should sides with your entree. You don’t. The value of the meal was terrible. We were also charged for a large party fee, 20 percent additional to the cost of the bill, despite having only 4 adults and 4 kids and 2 of those kids under 2 that didn’t order anything. 450 dollars later and we are sorely disappointed and will not be returning.

This is such a great spot! Super fun atmosphere, great music, and great energy. The food is also incredible. We got the pork belly, salmon, and steak fried steak and were absolutely blown away. This place is a must go!

The fixed menu portions for New Year’s Eve were very small and they were cold as well. Drinks were strong and good, service was good when we moved from a table to the bar but service was bad at the table so we moved to the bar. Price was too high for the portion sizes for sure but the ambience and music made up for it.

The dinner was terrible...definitely not worth what we paid. The steak was the only good thing we ate all night. Service was great and ambiance was fun.

The food was fabulous but a bit pricey at $111/plate. The service…impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful night! We’ll be back!

Amazing service! We were running late with a large party and they were still able to Accommodate us. Great vibe and atmosphere!
