   1st time visiting Hawksmoor, Borough Market, found the whole experience very pleasant, from the smile at reception to the food and service, the atmosphere was very relaxed. Would definitely return. It is probably not the most reasonable priced food but sometimes you get what you pay for and this was the best cooked steak I have had in a long time.

   Lovely Sunday lunch, beautifully cooked. Reasonable value compared to the a la carte menu. Staff were attentive and helpful.

   Bar staff excellent - shame we were given a very small table for two with very little space for food - especially considering the amount spent. Yet one guy on his own next to us given a table for four, who only had a main course. Bit disappointed 🙁 However food v good!

    Fantastic setting for a catch up with a friend and colleague away from the hustle and bustle of the market. Staff very welcoming and attentive serving exceptional food. We went for the lunchtime express menu which was good value and very tasty. Will definitely return.
