Great spot, went out with a group of 4, timeley service food was good. I thought could've been seasoned more balanced but that could be preference, the table enjoyed the experience. Good quality products and great service from Peter and the Manager Heather, thank you to the chef for coming out and checking on the table as well.

Everything was wonderful, the hotel is gorgeous, staff so kind and helpful and go above and beyond. The food was perfection!!! You need to give yourself this experience

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Hawthorn restaurant. The meal and service was one of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is warm and so beautiful which enhanced the evening and experience even more

The Hawthorne restaurant at the Palliser was superb - everything - the food, the decor, the service and the price. Our lunches were fabulous - all five of us raved about our orders. How the clam chowder was served was extremely classy. We will be back!

We came in for a birthday celebration tonight. We ordered the crown roast experience and WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! This menu item is the BEST way to experience so many menu items. The chef came to our table to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions, we did and his answers were detailed as well as educational. Thank you Chef Rupert. The service was exceptional, Renata offered suggestions, and we enjoyed her witty personality. The ambiance was first class, comfortable and historic. We will definitely return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars.
