   We were super excited to try Haywire. Although the ambiance was great, the food was awful. Everything was super spicy.

   Food and service were exemplary! Prices were very reasonable. Cannot wait to return.

   Food and service was great except at the bar where we waited for over 10 minutes to be served. More staff were needed as it seemed only one guy was serving although there were two guys behind the bar.

   We had to add two people to our table and they were very accommodating. We sat right at our reservation time. One interesting note, they told people at the maitre'd desk that there was a more than 2 hour wait for a table. We were there for 2 hours, service was slooooow, and there were plenty of open tables all night. Food was uninspiring. Ribs were excellent. Sirloin strip was very good and flavorful. The burger is a complete waste of money; blah! Very expensive burger that Hopdoddy's would definitely not serve. Burger was small even though it was called a double cheeseburger. Was delivered completely dressed so you didn't get to choose and the beef tallow fries tasted yucky. Way too strong beef taste and no real seasoning. Don't bother with the chicken fried steak. Bland gravy, heavy breading, over cooked and dry. Margarita was excellent as well. Service was BAD. SLOW. It took 20 minutes just to get a margarita and two teas. Waiter was extremely personable but went missing often. 8 person table next to us, who arrived 30 minutes after us, was served, ate, and paid up and our table was still covered in dirty plates. It was not bused until I openly complained to the manager. Tea and water replacement was almost non-existent. Never asked if we wanted another margarita. It was my wife's birthday and they were very kind about a complimentary dessert for her. The dessert was excellent! Carrot cake but better. Atmosphere is mixed bag. Weird thinking. Open kitchen did not fit decor at all. Waitstaff all in western attire but it was ironed and neat. Ceiling is covered in chandeliers which didn't seem to fit in. They had ONE FAKE steer head on the wall; it was almost a caricature and looked completely out of place. It seemed like an upscale steakhouse that wanted to be casual. Steaks were all $50+ but size selection was very limited, mostly too large. We will probably NOT return. We wouldn't suggest this for anyone.

   Eclectic menu Texas style. Our server was amazingly friendly wish I remembered his name. Food quality excellent. Drinks TASTY. Nice Bloody Mary. Enjoyed the Brunch menu blueberry biscuits and sausage pretzels with queso. Barbacoa grilled cheese AMAZING.

   Excellent night at haywire! Beautiful, intimate space upstairs and great food. We will be back!

   Had HH with a large group of friends and the service and food were phenomenal! I can't say enough good things about the restaurant or our servers, Keith and Todd. Service was exceptional and the food was amazing! HH prices were also very solid. Would highly recommend. I'll definitely be back and bringing more people.

   First trip to Haywire and it was fantastic. The Pork Belly appetizer was delicious. And the pork chop was one of the best I’ve ever had. Somehow it took a long time for the pork chop to come out but the waiter and manager, Trevor, noticed before I said anything. I wasn’t in a hurry and wasn’t upset, but they still did the right thing. That’s great customer service that is nearly impossible to find these days. Check out Haywire and don’t sleep on that pork chop.

    Staff is incredible, every single item we ordered was delicious. We had three different appetizers and four different entrées across the table and appearance was perfect, taste was even better. Great beers on draft and birthday dessert was amazing.
