HAYWIRE offers a hearty, refined Texas cuisine made with only the freshest ingredients that Texas has to offer. From the scratch made Cinnamon Bun, Route 66 Pecan Pie in our bakery, to the locally sourced beef on display; we have what it takes to indulge your taste buds.

Come enjoy one or all three full service bars located on each level! From our First Floor Whiskey Lounge, Second Floor Main Dining Bar and Third Floor Rooftop Bar you are bound to find the perfect atmosphere for your Haywire experience. We take pride in our mind blowing whiskey selection, award winning wine list, and the variety of local beers and our signature craft cocktails. Brought my stepmother here for her birthday and Sky made sure we had a wonderful experience. The steak salad was good, but the bread pudding they brought her as a surprise was to DIE for! Thank you Haywire for making it a wonderful experience!

If you go to Haywire, order the chicken fried steak as an appetizer, and have them slice it up! Incredible! I ALWAYS order the ribs as my meal there and it never disappoints. AMAZING! My only con is that our food took about 50 minutes to come out. Not a big deal, but something to consider if you arrive hungry or have a pup or kids at home.

Every dish we tried was amazing and the service was excellent. We asked to be in a quieter area and were sat on the 2nd floor patio which was a great ambience and bit quieter than being inside. However there were several families with toddlers and infants near us, some of whom were crying and being allowed by their parents to crawl the area freely. We wished the staff would have discouraged that. There was also a table sat immediately behind ours and there was no room behind either of our chairs (backs of our seats were up against eachother). That made it a bit uncomfortable and loud once that table was sat because the louder gentlemen with that group were essentially conversing right in our ears. Overall still worth it but that took it from being an excited 5 stars to a generously rounded up 5 stars due to the food and service.

I have eaten at Haywire many times and this was by far the worst customer experience of all my visits. We had pretty much made our decision and meal selection and we hadn’t even been greeted or offered water. Food did not come out together and the additional toppings (crab meat) that was ordered for one of the steaks was missed. Overall I was very disappointed and had apologized to our out of town guest that joined us for dinner.

We went here twice over the weekend. So good as usual. Definitely one of our favorites and we love the kids menu too having lots of options.

Haywire was very busy. We had to wait a while to be seated. Service was a bit slow and food was slow coming out of the kitchen. Food was excellent however.

We always have great food and service at Haywire. The meatloaf and potatoes were delicious. The only negative was they seated us on the patio which was very quiet initially but it overlooks the Box Garden and shortly after we arrived a band started playing so loudly we could hardly have a conversation with our friends. Should have asked to be moved-next time we will.
