   Overall good. At check in, told could not have booth as requested for 2 on reservation as they were busy with larger parties . After being seated noticed 5 booths available. Very busy and private party downstairs and our appetizer and then food seemed to take longer than should have even considering business. Our server was very attentive , helpful and enjoyable. Another server delivered our food but first placed with a couple at the table behind us and then was told of mistake and just moved the food to our table. That was a little unappetizing especially without even an apology. Just kind of gross that the people at the table didn’t say anything until the other server helping realized mistake and then it was like oh here’s your food. Just not professional and not the way I’m used to be treated at Haywire .

   I have never had anything but praise for Haywire! The service is top notch from the check in, seating, greeting, orders and delivery. The drinks are always great and I love that you can buy a bottle of wine and they don't charge an arm & a leg. We had our cousins in from Italy and took them to Haywire. They absolutely loved it! Of course we started off with the charcuterie, which is excellent! They had fish entrees and they really thought the food was great. Haywire is our special place for all celebrations!

   It was overall great but a little rocky with getting checked in at the hostess station when I had a reservation.

   Colin, our waiter was FABULOUS!! The food, ambience and wait staff was top notch!! We will definitely be coming back when we visit Plano again.

   Did girls brunch here and could not recommend it more! Food was so good, friendly and fast service and the atmosphere is one of the best in my opinion!

   The food was delicious and flavorful and the cocktails were perfect. Z was a waiter and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.
