   This is our second time celebrating Mother’s Day at Hearts & Flames. Overall, it was still a good experience and we liked their pasta and lamb chop dishes. However, we are a little disappointed at the Fig salad missing the figs when it was served, the risotto is a bit on the dry side , and the lack of availability of dessert options. We wish the serve could tell us ahead of time if something is out from the menu when they provided us the menu. We heard the restaurant has a busy brunch crowd and that may have impacted the service and our experience this time.

   I was soooo bumbed when I noticed that you guys took the Portobello mushroom appetizer out of the menu......that was an amazing appetizer and please bring it back.....the lamb plate was per usual amazing!

   Completely overpriced, especially the drinks. Ordered a Vodka Soda $15 but requested Ketel, they added an additional $15 on top and it was an 8oz glass. 2 filet mignons and 3 drinks $245 not including tip. Place had only 8 of maybe 40 tables filled on a Saturday night. After I saw the check I realized why it wasnt full. Would not recommend to anyone.

   Hearts and Flame offers a stunning ambiance with its open kitchen concept, creating an inviting atmosphere. As a destination restaurant, the experience is crucial, and while the food quality and freshness are commendable, the service aspect could be refined. On a busy Friday night, only one primary server and a backup made it challenging to provide the level of engagement expected in a restaurant where guests seek an elevated dining experience. A menu tour and guided recommendations would enhance the hospitality, turning the meal into an experience rather than a transaction. The restaurant has all the right ingredients—quality food, a unique concept (especially the Parmesan wheel presentation), and an environment perfect for special occasions. Elevating service to match the ambiance could help Hearts and Flame maximize its potential and drive stronger word-of-mouth appeal.

   Enjoys our date night out. The location is difficult to park to, but if you get dropped off a location to visit. They had live music for our Sat. Visit. Very chill and romantic vibe. The outdoor setting is also chill..

   The service is try to be good, but no they are too busy. The foods was cold and took them long time for the dish to arrive. The whole experience was not so good.

   My dad and I came here for lunch and we pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the restaurant is! The food was so yummy. For lunch the steak sandwich is AMAZING! The meat is so tender and it is very filling. The prosciutto and bruschetta lunch item was also very good but I would say go with the steak sandwich if you want something even more filling. We would definitely come again for the great food, service, and beautiful ambiance.

    place is nice our server was awful not very attentive at all food was just ok was expecting a lil more, but the ambience and drinks were really good
