Ylli is great and takes amazing care of us always, so we always request to be seated in his section. The food never disappoints.

                                                                                                                    Family of 4 went on a Friday night @ 7:30. The staff was so friendly, my picky eaters loved their food and their deserts. Was overall very impressed and would be back again next time we find ourselves in the CLE area. (We’re from Pgh) Thanks, Heck’s!

My salad was very good and everyone else in the party enjoyed their food. My grilled cheese sandwich, however, was decidedly underwhelming. I’ll just order something else next time as prior experiences have been great.

                                                                                                                    The service was EXCELLENT. I'm sorry I missed getting the server's name but she was truely excellent, attentive and more than pleasant. She not only made great recommendations with good reason to backup her suggestions, she also paid attention to refilling coffee and water and all of our needs. The food was good as always, nothing standout but very good. But I will be back as the service made my day.
