                                                                                                                    Family of 5 seated immediately, all wait staff treated us with smiles and hellos. Our server was great, prompt with the drinks and apps, food came out timely and hot. Overall great experience!

                                                                                                                    What a very enjoyable experience we had. My sister and brother-in-law had just arrived this afternoon from Florida and we were searching places for lunch. I had heard about Hecks, but had never been. So we decided to try Hecks … we will be back.  Our server was prompt and very knowledgeable. Her recommendations were spot on, our food was delicious! The Hecks Martini was perfect. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. What a wonderful beginning to a holiday spent with family.

                                                                                                                    We have had many great meals at Heck’s over the years. It is my daughter’s favorite burger in the city so we went there for dinner today for her birthday. The kitchen was obviously having issues tonite as 3 of the 6 burgers came out incorrect. 2 of the 3 burgers came out with the wrong cheese/toppings. The most egregious os the mistakes was my wife’s burger came out with a melted piece of plastic on the burger, looked like it was the plastic that held the cheese. A pretty big error. One other thing we noted was that there appeared to be a change in the buns used. Much smaller now and they don’t really contain the burger well. Hopefully, this was just a bad day

We look forward to trying Heck’s again. Thank you, Melissa. **** Unfortunately, this experience was not the best. With the exception of the shrimp appetizer, our meals were incredibly salty. Not sure if it was an off night but we left disappointed.

                                                                                                                    I've always said that Heck's has the best burgers in Cleveland and our visit to Heck's in Ohio City last night confirmed that sentiment. The burgers were great and our server was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. If you are looking for a nice place out in Ohio City, with great burgers and food, look no further than Heck's!
