   From beginning to end, it was a very tasteful experience. We decided to sit outside because it was a beautiful day, besides the fact that the table was wobbly, sometimes that happens the server greeted us with two plastic kid cups. We are to adult women in their 30s. She said there was a glass problem and that she would bring us glassware once it was available, I had to ask her to bring the glassware after we were there for an hour because she never bought it and kept refilling the plastic cup even though all the tables around us we’re getting regular glassware. My friend had a fabric napkin, and I had a paper rollup, I asked for a fabric napkin like three times and still kept getting paper napkins, so I guess I had to put paper napkins on my pants… although the server was nice, and I understand that she was busy, the service was just not fitting the hype of the restaurant. We ordered a few courses, got a bottle of Prosecco, and of course we did not get flutes to drink it. To top it off, I go to the bathroom around 2:30, maybe 3 o’clock, and there were paper towels everywhere. This is just not an exaggeration, I’m in the food industry, and the level this restaurant is hyped up to be is just not it. The big trashcan by the door was filled to the rim, and there were paper towels all over the floor around it. The stall that I went into had paper everywhere, and one of the dispensers in the sink didn’t even have soap. It was so disappointing I understand wanting a DJ for weekend brunch, but it was like house club music on a sunny afternoon. I kept seeing videos about this place. I really wanted to check it out but everything about it just left a bad taste. The food was actually the best part but the service and the environment really ruined everything.

   My husband and I had late dinner reservations for this adorable Italian pop up! We sat outside on the patio, under the Ferris wheel. The lemon decor was so well done. The champagne cart and the scooter were so cute and great for pictures. Our server was very attentive and made excellent suggestions. We tried the ceviche, empanadas and the skirt steak. Everything was incredible! We will be back to try more.

   Our food came out cold . The lamb came out raw. They ran out of salsa chips . The ceviche comes in a very strange fish bowl that is not practical for eating at all, Overall just seems like they care more about the aesthetics of the restaurant rather then quality of the food

   A great evening. Monday wasn’t crowed and we were given a great seat inside in a quiet corner. Nice ambience, great drinks and the food was amazing.

   Our food was good, but not as good as I had anticipated. The music was energetic, but a little too loud. The decor was very nice. I think the biggest disappointment was that I specifically noted that I am one of those people who has a strong distaste/ aversion to cilantro. When my entree arrived, the main sauce had cilantro in it. Our server, Christina, was very nice and helpful. Overall, our experience was fine, but I am looking forward to experiencing other dining spots in Orlando.

   Food was not great overall. Mash potatoes were not seasoned and mushroom sauce was tasting like it was out of a can. Too loud ambience, dirty floors and tables.

   When first stepping into Helena, the ambiance is contagious. The restaurant is gorgeous! Unfortunately that is where all the good compliments stop. Our waitress was barely attentive (which is understandable considering it was during brunch) but we asked for the checks and it took an additional 20-30 minutes to get them. The food was not great. I ordered a salad with shrimp and mine was the last to arrive. Also, I had to send the shrimp back. It tasted extremely old and did give me stomach problems a day later. There were two women who sat next to us and broke a glass of water and just left. Not the restaurant’s fault, however, when the manager was alerted, he just picked the glass up and didn’t even bother to clean up the water. It just seemed like they were too busy for proper quality control.
