La atención en un día entre semana fue excelente, la comida está bien pero no es tan extraordinaria (los postres sí son deliciosos, la comida salada no tanto) los precios no son accesibles pero me parecen justos.

First and most importantly (for my priorities), the service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The quality of the hot beverages was really good, and service was quick. The experience of visiting Hello Kitty’s house was also fun and very cute. On the other hand, the facilities really need maintenance: landscaping needs attention, artificial foliage and flowers used for decor must be replaced, signage and main entrance have lost color due to sun exposure. Tables are okay, but chairs (rattan) are in bad shape and china (a plate and a cup) were chipped. Physical menus have seen better days too. Definitely, what is shown in social media looks more colorful and well kept. Also, the souvenir store looks outdated and they have a limited selection of items to purchase.

Esta muy lindo es caro, eso si pero vale la pena la experiencia, si consumes lo de la entrada al recorrido ellos te invitan el recorrido! Un lugar muy lindo para sacar fotos

I arrived and was sat in a corner where no one was which I thought was weird because I booked early and it wasn’t crowded. I waited a long time for a server to come because there are no physical menus, but there’s also no cell service. I asked repeatedly what the Wi-Fi password was. Instead of saying it, she just kept saying esta esta. But not saying what the “this was” we finally got the password “hello kitty cafe” she left and just did not come back. I decided to go to the gift shop but the merch was dirty. I asked for the bathroom repeatedly at the gift shop but he said he couldn’t understand my Spanish. I left, no food, no gifts, just disappointed
