In the heart of downtown Minneapolis, appropriately located in a beautiful underground space, you'll discover Hell's Kitchen, an employee-owned restaurant known for its damn good food. Join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks 7 days a week, and enjoy REAL comfort food made by chefs who care, described by food writers as "unique but not fancy; interesting but not fussy". Almost everything is made from scratch, from our award-winning peanut butter to our unique dips and dressings, winning us over 67 "best" awards as well as accolades in Gourmet Magazine, Conde Nast Traveler, Midwest Living, and other national magazines.     Get reservations before going. It was a good atmosphere, but service was a bit off during our visit. We think they were just really busy.

    Peanut butter on the burger was so good! We also loved the birria tacos! Such a good restaurant find. Love from Canada :)

    The experience was phenomenal and the food was absolutely exquisite. We loved the atmosphere of the place, and plan to come back!

    This was a spur of the moment booking while on vacation in Minneapolis. This place is amazing and so is the food the service the band that was playing and any person we interacted with. Its quirky vibe is quite unique and the fact that it has such a cool story makes it that much more special. Would go back any chance I would get. Hell yeah, Hell’s Kitchen!!!!! ❤️

    We were promptly welcomed, seated and served. We had a great meal, and staff noticed the little things—they brought more napkins and we hadn’t even asked.

    Great time having drinks and food with awesome live band playing. We didn't know there would be live music but it was a happy surprise. Service was friendly and fast too!

    This was our second time in Minneapolis and we felt compelled to go to hell, again. The staff is great and the theme is really fun. The food is over the top. This is a Minnesota staple.
