Tres jolis plats: soupe à l'oignon , saumon fumé , lotte , profiterole et mousse au chocolat. Chenin blanc superbe Bemol: la musique assenée par un DJ en furie

Experience très inégale ! Plats soit réussis, soit carbonises (la lotte omg..) J'ai demandé à ce que le tartare de saumon soit adapté à mes intolerances alimentaires (échalotes), on a refusé sous prétexte que ca denaturerait le plat. D'habitude les restaurants sont toujours à l'écoute et font de leur mieux, mais pas ici! Heureusement, la serveuse était super professionnelle et attentionnée. Vraiment déçue de ce resto qui paraissait si prometteur. Je pense qu'un point avec le personnel de cuisine devrait vraiment avoir lieu, surtout à des prix aussi élevés.

Henri Brasserie is best described as a chic location with a restaurant dropped into it. The atmosphere and ambience for Christmas are appealing to any restaurant-goer. The restaurant part is where there is a departure of ambiance and food offerings, we were a party of 5, lounge for drinks closed (apparently reserved), seated promptly, our service was pleasant throughout the meal; but, overall food quality - just ok; no earl grey tea, no non dairy alternatives, its 2024 guys and food sensitivities for many are why we chose the restaurants we chose; while the hostess confirmed our allergies and why we were there (wife 60th birthday) they missed this completely - nothing special nothing offered, given the price point point at the end of the evening I would look elsewhere in the future. My overall recommendation to restaurant management is to "know you clientele" especially those staying at the Birks Hotel. Hope this helps everyone.

Food and service are outstanding. The team at Henri 's is always willing to make a great recommendation to suit your culinary palette...great place to spend with friends and family.

Après 3 visites parfaites (tres grande qualité du repas et du service), ma dernière expérience a été désastreuse. 45 minutes à attendre qu’on nous propose vin ou apéro. Quand la bouteille arrive, elle n’est pas froide et le serveur ne le mentionne pas avant de l’ouvrir. Réussir à commander le repas à été une autre expérience éprouvante et ça c’est poursuivi ainsi jusqu’au café et aux factures, difficiles à obtenir. Le tartare de saumon est à déconseiller: insipide et goûtant l’eau. C’est malheureux d’avoir un aussi beau cadre et que nourriture et service ne soient plus à la hauteur.

The resto is lovely. Great, friendly and helpful staff. The music was too loud. The food was good, but we found it expensive. One of the guests ordered scallops and the price for the plate was $49.00 and she only had three small scallops, very disappointing. The dessert was good.

Service was very slow - took an hour to get main courses. A number at the table ordered the steak frites and agreed the beef was quite tough

Belle expérience à la Brasserie Henri. Bonne ambiance festive du temps des fêtes. Nourriture excellente, belle présentation et bon service personnalisé. Salade de betteraves succulente. Bon hamburger et profiteroles au chocolat fait maison.
