                                                                    Our steaks had to be sent back, not cooked th order, lots of grizzle on a thin rib eye.steak. Asparagus were flimsy. Not satisfied this time.

                                                                    As usual our dining experience was amazing. Our server Gabrielle was a joy to have her impeccably attend to every little detail of our dining experience. The food was on point and the desert was amazing.

                                                                    Everything was great until it took almost an hour for the main course to come out. We ended up boxing up the food before it even came out, so we could make it home to relieve our babysitter for the night. I thought we could finish dinner by 8:45 and make it home on time but that did not happen. The server was great “Moon” just the long wait for food was the problem. This was our Valentine’s dinner on Saturday because Friday was had no sitter and it was both of ours first time to RedHawk.

                                                                    Food is always great for the price. Things have changed that need to change back, such as some of the best servers that were moved unexpectedly and the lighting is too bright and not intimate anymore.

                                                                    We love Henry and have always support this restaurant however, in the last six months, the food quality has gone down dramatically. We talked after last night’s visit and have decided that if we’re gonna spend that much money, we’ll probably start going somewhere else.

                                                                    Henry’s Steakhouse has always been known for its top-tier service, and a big part of that was Nick, one of the best waiters the restaurant had. Unfortunately, he has been transferred to a less fitting position in the Kids’ Apex, a move that feels like a real loss for both the restaurant and its guests. Nick wasn’t just a waiter—he was a true professional who elevated the dining experience with his attentiveness, charm, and deep knowledge of the menu. It’s disappointing to see such a talented individual moved to a position that doesn’t showcase his strengths. Regulars at Henry’s will certainly feel his absence, and it’s a shame that the restaurant has lost a key part of what made the service exceptional. While Henry’s is still a great place to dine, the shift in staffing is a noticeable and unfortunate change. Hopefully, management will recognize the value Nick brought to the dining room and make adjustments that benefit both the restaurant and its loyal customers.
