Located in downtown Denver, near the 16th street mall Henry's is your local tavern. If you find yourself looking for a sports bar or ale house in the Theatre District, after an event at the Paramount Theatre or Colorado Convention Center or just want to spend time with friends after a Colorado Rockies home game from Coors Field we would love to serve you a beer. We source a number of ingredients for our fresh made-to-order fare from local sources. Our extensive beer list focuses on local breweries with ever-changing seasonal and hard to find specials.

At a conference so a giant pack of us all showed up for our lunch break right as they opened. They quickly seated us, were very kind and the food was great!

The Tavern was out of everything we asked to drink. The server said we have everything g but that. My husband orders a different drink but they were out of that too. This happened two more times. It’s not good business to call yourself a tavern and be out of at least 10 things you offer on your menu. Won’t be going back.

Had Buell tickets. We were able to make reserveration and was even able to sit earlier. Party of 6 on a Friday night. We were able to get in and get out in time pleny of time for curtain. Service was prompt and courteous. Everyone enjoyed their dinner and drinks.

Server was good but forgetful. I think she was just slammed with a large section. Had to ask 3 times for my drink. There was a large event being hosted at the restaurant so 2/3 of it was taken. Drinks from the bar took a long time and you could tell they were made in a hurry. Food was good.

Restaurant was pretty dirty. Men’s Bathroom was not clean. A mask laid on the floor near our table the entire time as staff and patrons walked over it.

Our server was attentive and tried to keep up with her area with little or no assistance from her manager. He only got involved after we raised a concern that she was getting over run. It took 2 hours to get a hamburger and French fries. Another table had the same issue. It’s too bad because Shaira was wonderful, too bad I can’t say the same for the manager Vincent

The servers were great, but this is the second time I've been here where the kitchen completely messed up the order, and it took ages to get the food out. The place was not packed, so I just don't get it at this point...

Henry's Tavern is on 16th Street and Welton in the Denver Pavilions. They are always a great place to stop before a show at the DCPA or a concert. The service is friendly and the food and beverages on offer are really quite good and moderately priced. Henry's is one of our go-to stops when we are in downtown Denver.

Don’t go to Henry’s Tavern if you want a quiet meal. If you’re looking for a sports bar, that’s the place the wait staff was very good. The menu limited and the food good but definitely not a place. You could have a conversation while you’re dining.
