Das HERITAGE begleitet den Auftakt mit einem besonderen Abend: Genießen Sie ein exquisites 6-Gang-Menü voller japanisch-inspirierter Köstlichkeiten, gefolgt von einem der schönsten Hamburger Feuerwerke - direkt über der Alster, oder treffender: Direkt vor unseren Fenstern. Um 18:00 Uhr begrüßen wir sie zum Aperitif bei uns im 9. Stock. Es folgen sechs überraschende Gänge, die Ihre Augen zum Funkeln und den Gaumen zum Tanzen bringen, während die Sonne langsam in der Alster versinkt. Den krönenden Abschluss bildet das Feuerwerk, das sie ab 22:30 auf Augenhöhe bewundern können. Freitag, 23. Wir kommen aus Süddeutschland, waren nicht das erste Mal da. Wir hatten das 5-Gänge-Menü mit Weinbegleitung, kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen, phantasievoll und sehr gute Qualität und Zubereitung. Sehr freundlicher Service.

Die Qualität des Essens und der Service waren hervorragend. Aber wenn für ein Glas Wein offenen Grauburgunder 0.2 l Euro 15,00 verlangt werden, habe ich dafür kein Verständnis.

Lovely evening in a beautiful setting on the 9th floor looking over a beautifully sun drenched lake with sail boats entertaining us. The rooftop bar is an added delight. One of the best filets I’ve had! The truffle fries were outstanding! Reasonably priced bottles of wine.

Amazing location, breathtaking views, and delicious food. I can’t think of a better place to eat and stay in the city. The food and service were top-notch! Great place for date night.

Tolles Abendessen mit Sonnenuntergang und hervorragendem, herzlichem und kompetentem Service. Der Ausblick von einem der unmittelbaren Fensterplätze ist grandios. Alle Speisen waren ein Augen- und Magenschmaus. Keinerlei Chi-chi und durchweg sehr ordentliche Portionen. Die recht gehobenen Preise sind angemessen und gerechtfertigt. Ein Abend zum Wiederkommen!
