Hestia, named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, is a modern live-fire grill house. Dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth which anchors the kitchen and dining room. Our menus offers an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. You may choose to order from our a la carte menu or experience our chef curated tasting menu.

Dagli editor di OpenTable: When the MICHELIN Guide rolled into Texas in 2024, Hestia, from the famed Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group, scored a coveted Star. Locals have long known it's a gem. To start, a 20-foot grill crackles with live fire in the center of the charcoal-toned dining room, where you can do a 12-course tasting with dry-aged Texas wagyu or choose from a la carte options like scallop in beef tallow. Or keep it casual at the bar with a wagyu burger, and pair it with a killer martini or a pick from the 400-bottle-strong wine list.

This reservation is for our 12 course Tasting Menu priced at $195 per person. We offer an optional Wine Pairing at $150 per person. We are unable to accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets as well as dairy and soy allergies.

Please join us for a special evening in the Hestia private dining room. Marc Hochar, the third generation of Chateau Musar, will be leading us through a tasting of nine vintages dating back to 2000. The Hestia chef team will be pairing their live fire driven cuisine with these unique and iconic wines. Seating will be communal, with the welcome wine poured at 6:30 and seating for dinner beginning at 6:45pm. Please alert us of any allergies 72 hours in advance.

Hestia provided one of the most memorable tasting menu experiences - the service was impeccable, personal, and approachable and the seasonal variety and creativity of each dish leaves me excited to come back for more. The tasting menu was lighter than expected (in a good way, still left absolutely full and satisfied) for an open flame forward spot and it was a pleasant surprise. Cocktails also great, the crispest martini!

I expected a fabulous experience and I received it. The meal took almost four hours, but it didn’t feel like that at all…in fact I was shocked when I saw that much time had passed. All the servers were so knowledgeable and pleasant. However, I wish I’d known it as our companions had to leave early for their babysitter and we were sad they missed the end of the meal.

The food was delicious and the team of servers, including the bartender made it an all around special experience. I can’t get “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy” out of my head. :-)

Such an amazing experience. The food was the star of the show and the cocktails were amazing to boot. They definitely earned their Michelin star with the level of quality and creativity in creating their dishes. Best steak tartar I think I ever had. The mushrooms blew our minds. And the uni bread pudding bite was incredible. Rudy was a delight as well. Kudos all around!

I will be thinking about this meal for some time to come - every bite was splendid. I can't imagine skipping the halibut main course - buttery and seasoned perfectly with little popping roe for bursts of flavor. I loved the tuna belly appetizer and ordered an extra basket of bread because it was just ridiculously good. Don't skip dessert!

Rudy and Leah made our night fantastic, as well as the entirety of the Hestia Staff. The food was delicious, elevated, and not too out of our comfort zones, while delivering flavors and profiles we would never have thought of! One of our favorite dates yet and plan to come back.
