   Love the Sunday jazz brunch at the Fenway. Food, service and ambience are always enjoyable. Would like to see more coffee/espresso based cocktails listed on the menu. It is a brunch after all.

   The food was great. We ordered the filet, which was perfectly cooked, and the chicken francese, which was tasty! The chicken came with no side so I added pappardelle, which made for a great meal, but an added $10. We also ordered the brussel sprouts, which were amazing. Service was extremely slow from the start. When we arrived, several employees were gathered at the back by the kitchen. Finally one came to greet us but took a long time deciding where to seat us (with reservations and a half-full restaurant). Our food did arrive promptly after ordering, but no one checked on us during dinner and our drinks went empty and we needed salt and pepper, but couldn’t get it until we were almost finished eating. The prices are high and, while the food may have been worth it, the service left us disappointed.

   One of our special spots to celebrate family. Service is impressive and the food is always of good quality. Overall, an excellent experience

   715 reservation. 1 hr wait. Multiple patrons waiting for reservation time hour or so over.

    Service was slow, which Management recognized. When food was delivered my Pork Chop was over cooked; I asked for Medium. Brought this to Managements attention and they cooked another one and served me again; 2nd time was as expected. They also removed my meal from Bill. The good news is we were there for my Wife's birthday and Her meal was provided as expected. They also provided a free desert. I believe Management did everything they could to address service issues, but 1st impressions are important, especially when you are celebrating things like a birthday.
