Join us and fellow pizza enthusiasts as we take a deep dive into the process of making dough, shaping pies, and baking pizzas. Budding pizzaiolos will have the opportunity to create their own pizzas as well as learn first-hand from our expert instructors. Each class includes an assortment of welcome bites, hand-on demonstration in our bakery, and a communal pizza party in the dining room featuring your freshly baked pies and other High Street favorites. Each participant will also have the opportunity to put their knowledge to use at home with a take-home pizza kit! Wine, beer and other beverages will be available throughout the experience for an additional charge.

Bakers will have the opportunity to create their own cookies as well as learn first-hand from our expert instructors. Each class includes an assortment of welcome bites, a welcome cocktail, hands-on demonstration in our bakery, and a your creation to take home and enjoy. Step into a world of festive nostalgia with our New Year’s Eve Supper Club, designed to ring in the new year with friends old and new! Think long communal table, vintage-inspired feast, and celebratory, Gatsby vibes in Horace Trumbauer’s gorgeous Franklin lobby to carry you into the New Year! Start the evening with a welcome drink, followed by a three-course, vintage-inspired menu from the 1920s by Chef @chrimckeough, then finish with a magical dessert buffet to sweeten the celebration.
