Hillstone in Coral Gables in an upscale eatery serving pasta, steak and seafood. The location is an ideal spot for a business lunch, and welcomes the entire family for dinner. Loved everything about this and place. Let's put it this way...We had salad for dinner, in our twenties and it was the best meal we've had in a long time.

Excellent ambience with lively people that you know we're enjoying themselves. The service was outstanding and the food was exactly as we wanted it. The Prime Rib accompanied by great fine cut French fries was delicious. Definitely, it is one of the best restaurants in Miami.

Twice we have given this place a chance for important dates. Last was my husband's birthday. We had reservations, but as always there was a wait. More importantly though, I arrived before him to organize a candle and a dessert and the waiter could not do it. We had to order desserts in front of him and there was no surprise for him. last time we give this place a chance. The ribs were good but so are the ones at shortys less wait and better.

For the first time in a long while, the visit to Hillstone was a bit disappointing. The service was not as crisp as usual. The food was good, but not sensational.
