Hinnies is a relaxed, warm and friendly neighbourhood restaurant serving the comfort food we all like to eat - rustic and hearty Geordie-influenced classics made properly from scratch using local and seasonal produce to give a real taste of our beloved North East.     First visit to Hinnies and really enjoyed it. Food was lovely and staff were really friendly. Great atmosphere.

    Service was slow and toast arrived way after rest of breakfast had been served. Granola out of a packet with no where near enough yoghurt so very dry, but bacon butty was very good as were baked eggs!

    We have been coming to Hinnies for a number of years and the food. service and overall experience is faultless Thank you once again to all the team for making our Christmas Eve a special one

    As usual service and food was amazing.from the moment you walk in everyone is friendly and helpful and I don’t think we have ever had a bad meal there

    Food is always great - cocktails are always a little different to be interesting & price is very reasonable. We had a fab time catching up with dear friends. Oh & the Santa hats are a lovely idea. Thank you Hinnies 🎄

    Really good Xmas meal and not too expensive. The wine was reasonably priced also. A nice ambience in the room with lots of chatter but not noisy. Nicely decorated also.
