Honey Salt is a restaurant dedicated to celebrating the best of B.C. It is located on the lobby level of JW Marriott inside Parq Vancouver. Serves as a cozy home-style, welcoming restaurant with a sophisticated and casual neighborhood ambiance. The cuisine consists of a dynamic, seasonally inspired menu showcasing local ingredients with an emphasis on farm-to-table. The restaurant will boast a lively bar fueled by culinary inspired cocktails, regional spirits and beers, and BC centric wine list. As Honey Salt is not located on the Casino floor, kids are welcome!

The risotto was undercooked and overly salty. We requested the mussel sauce and were told it would be a red sauce, but it was served with a white sauce instead. Despite leaving a note about it being a birthday celebration, the server was unaware until we mentioned it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Excellent Service We were offered to move tables to avoid a very large and loud table that arrived just after us. The food was Great.

Had an amazing time - server went above and beyond for us and was so sweet. We both got the tourtiere and it was delicious we loved the advent calendar as well!

I was in Vancouver for the Taylor Swift concert, every place was busy and loud with excited concert goers. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the menu & provided very fast service! I would definitely go back!

I had breakfast at the Honey Salt and it was delicious. My server was so friendly and attentive!! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Stayed at the JW during the Taylor Swift weekend. We have been to Honey Salt so we were excited to eat there again. Disappointed to see they reduced their menu. I completely understand why with the quick turnover of tables to accommodate concert attendees but the menu was seriously lacking for Vegetarians.

The food was average at best. My ribs had little meat and Mac and cheese had little flavor.

Booked this reservation many months before Taylor swifts concert in Vancouver. Was contacted after the reservation was made and was told they’d have a special brunch menu for the occasion but their regular menu was still available. We arrived and there was ONLY the special menu for Taylor swift, this was misleading and I would have chosen a different location for brunch. They also provided a meat burger to my vegan friend and we all finished eating before her replacement meal arrived. Will not recommend this place!
