   First time & don’t need to return. I should have know as soon as we walked in right in the middle of lunch time the place was 80% empty it wasn’t a good choice….. Service was not great, , had to go looking for waitress to place an order. She was not only stretched all over the restaurant but was plating the food as well. There was no one busing tables, Several tables had dirty dishes on them. I ordered a regular size salad that was supposed to have kale & romaine, there wasn’t even 4 pieces of kale on the salad. I paid 7.00 for chicken to top it, it was the smallest piece of chicken I have ever received in a restaurant. The salad was the exact same size as my guest sm. Salad. The couple next to us were complaining about their food & also had to go get the waitress to get a check. Was very disappointed, knowing who this restaurant is a part of. I expected better food & service.

   Honeywood at Fritz Farm for Mother's Day was 10/10 on all points. Outstanding food, perfect service, spicy Bloody Mary, and lovely table on the patio in the sun. The catfish was an 11/10 and the best I've ever enjoyed - perfectly moist and flaky, the coating crunchy but light and unassuming. Go Ouita Michel!

   Used to be my favorite restaurant in Lex! Still exceptional service and ambience, just disappointed about them changing the Steak Frites. The cut of steak was so tough, they changed the fries and removed the salad.

   Anneli, thank you so much for your feedback, we are working with our local beef supplier as well as butcher to ensure the cut is tender and delicious, if we are unable to have if fixed that way I can assure you, we will be switching the cut of beef that we use. I apologize that we did not meet our standards this time, but I give you my word that we are working on addressing the issue so that it does not happen again.

   Usually very good food but my son and I were not asked how we wanted our prime ribs cooked. His was somewhat medium rare but mine was much over medium rare. Fries were too salty. My other son had the Korean Fired chicken and said it was just like Buffalo chicken, not what he wanted On the positive side, the deviled eggs were delicious and our server was very nice.

   We dined at Honeywood (table of 4) and had their Derby Day prie fixe menu. Kelsey had our group and she was excellent. She made sure all our dishes were served promptly and to our satisfaction. Everyone ordered something different from the multiple course options, and all of our meals were delicious. We love Honeywood!

   Fantastic first meal at Honeywood. Staff easily accommodated an extra guest at our table for Easter brunch. Everyone’s food, including the appetizers, was fresh, hot and delicious. I really appreciated the use of local ingredients. We’ll look to be back when visiting Lexington.
