   Excellent service very polite and professional. Easy all very organize for a party of 20 people and made it so easy for me the birthday girl to enjoy dinner. I’ll be going back again for other events

   This was my second time visiting this restaurant. We were seated by a lovely hostess, who let us choose our preferred seating area and provided us with menus. However, we sat at the table for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement, and water was not served. My boyfriend and I had already decided on our appetizers, entrees, and drinks. I saw the waitstaff assisting other tables, even returning to one behind us several times, but our waiter never introduced themselves. Eventually, we decided to leave and go to a nearby sushi restaurant, where the service was excellent. From our prior visit, the food here is good and decently priced. However, the service was much better last time. While I understand that places can be short-staffed, a basic introduction or hello and water within 20 minutes seems like a minimum expectation.

   Food was really good but getting drinks took forever. It took so long that we ended up canceling our last round. Even a glass of soda took way more time then it should have. Otherwise the place was really great.

   I was celebrating my birthday with my family. It was busy and I had a family emergency. Our waiter was busy and another waitress was able to assist an elderly family member in getting their blood sugar level back up . Thank you! The food and view were perfect.

   My daughter, son & son-in-law met at Horatio's to celebrate my & my son's birthdays. Considering that they were very busy, service was a little slow, but we were not in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal. More importantly, our server was very accommodating and apologetic. The food was really good. We shared the sampler appetizer, I had the almond crusted scallops and my kids all had the rib-eye, which they said was very good. Nice evening with family!

   Really good sea food, nice staff. Very busy and noisy. A little pricey. But it’s on the waterfront with a nice view

   5 of 7 of us ordered the Asiago crusted sole, which was wonderful. The other two ordered a cobb salad and the other the Brie appetizer as her main dish. WE, (ages 73-100), only wished that there was a round table so we could hear each other's conversations better. All in all, it was a very nice birthday celebration for me! Thank you! The waiter was attentive, but delivered the wrong item to several of us many times...iced tea to someone who ordered hot tea. We just moved it around to the right person. The extra order of blue cheese went to the wrong gal, so we just moved it around to the right one. a few other things, but not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have the right food delivered to the right person. No one dinged him for it.
