The impressive double story building boasts a traditional front bar, serving fresh tank beer, local wine and great cocktails, a restaurant serving home-cooked food and a hidden roof terrace, perfect for Summer drinks and parties.

Hotel Brighton is also the place to watch live sport, screening hundreds of live games every month on the big screen, you can even get a bet on in our state of the art TAB.

First time we have been here. Food was hot, tasty, well presented & good portions. Staff were attentive without being annoying. Love how I don't have to line up to order. Well priced. Will definitely return.

Absolute worst experience of my existence. Why bother to book for 16 people when there are not 16 stools to sit on? Bar staff are atrocious. I wish I got the girls name who told me you booked the table not the seats. Never again and where I can I will bad mouth your venue. Word of mouth is worth a thousand words.

Really enjoyed our experience. Food was great, no problem with timing, everything brought out when requested. Service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely staff, decent prices and good atmosphere. Thanks !

Steak less sinewy than previous week. I had a similar meal in the near by Camden Hotel last week, steak was not sinewy at all. According to various internet sites sinewy meat caused by low cut, poor quality meat. As both meals had porterhouse steaks which is a better cut of meat, I'm at a loss to know why my steaks at the Hotel Brighton over the last month is constantly sinewy. What has changed?

The steaks on Tuesday night, steak night over the last 3-4 weeks have been a bit sinewy.

Great food and quick service. I went to trivia night on a Wednesday and the atmosphere was great, Alex the host is very personable. $25 pot and parma on a Wednesday was a bonus too.

Had dinner here last night. Bistro was sectioned off from noisy bar so was quiet. Food quite good especially prawn entree. Service good.

The wait service at Hotel Brighton was bright, efficient and helpful The food was a good standard, as I've come to enjoy there. Upon paying the staff member charge us the wrong amount, almost insisting we had eaten the things on her list. Another person came to help, but we were ;left embarrassed by the experience, along with feeling we were unimportant, and invisible. It did spoil the usual good night we have comes to enjoy in your dining room. Best Jan Street.
