We are now accepting reservations! Experience the ultimate dining destination in Palm Desert, conveniently located near the chic El Paseo shopping district. At Larkspur Grill, we bring a modern twist to classic California cuisine, crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Join us on our patio to savor delicious dishes and refreshing cocktails while soaking in the stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

For groups of 6 or more, please contact the restaurant directly, and we’ll be happy to assist with your reservation.

Live entertainment Tuesday - Saturday 6pm-9pm
***To maintain the integrity of our live entertainment program an entertainment fee of $6.00 per person will be added to all checks during performance nights.***

The entire party must be present to be seated. We kindly request that guests limit the number of checks per table to no more than two.

Bid farewell to 2024 with a decadent 3-course pre-fix menu, party favors, and a special performance featuring Will Donato and the Art of Sax. $195/person SHOWTIMES IS 8:30PM-12:30AM. Dining reservations available from 8:00pm - 10:00pm. We will be open for regular brunch from 8:00am - 3:00pm and happy hour from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Our regular dinner will be available from 5:00pm - 7:00pm, with the last reservation at 6:30pm.

Music not so great. Driven by a 70s drum kit, bass guitar and a singer who suffered from a lousy sound system. It would have been lovely to have had her with a guitar alone. Rep was old R&B, which I hate, but the dance floor was well used. Food was ordinary. Very nice. So all in all, a rather odd experience.

We ordered wine by the glass. Our $18 choice was not available so the waitress kindly brought a sample of two other options. We realized the cost was a whopping $32 a glass when the check arrived. It would have been nice if she had advised us of the higher price as the menus had been already taken away. She was a very lovely server though.

Excellent music on Saturday night 1/4 by a wonderful group of musicians who play the music from the 70 What an evening..!! We absolutely loved the food .. fresh and tasty. The Wedge Salad with blue cheese and the delicious Calamari for the appetizers were delicious We absolutely love also the salmon for the main course and the juicy burger. We appreciate the wines list with lots of choices with international wines and very raisonnables prices. Definitely a wonderful evening .. so much fun Do not miss this place 🙏❤️

Excellent music and overall ambiance. Interesting crowd, phenomenal musicians ( they charge 6.00 per table which we were totally fine with as they were very entertaining), steak, Mac n cheese and burger were all very good. The chicken salad was just ok & mashed potatoes with the steak were lukewarm, so that’s the reason for the 4 stars for food but I’d give it another try. Our server seemed new and in all honesty wasn’t great based on that but again pretty certain she was new.

Our experience with Brian, the manager on duty was horrible! I made reservations to be accommodated and that was far from what I received! Reservations, are just that reservations. I should have a table ready for me and my guests…did not happen. Brian was dry, and short with his communication! Never once addressed or even acknowledged my presence! His host was so nervous that he was uncomfortable! After 15 minutes of waiting, we got seated! Mind you, when we arrived many tables were empty , so it shouldn’t have been a problem to be seated! I requested on the reservation to be seated inside, and Brian asked me 2x, do you want inside seats? Dude, read the reservation!!!!! Absolutely, may not return again. Teresa

We actually didn’t eat dinner here. We were about to order when the band started playing, The band was good, but wayyyy too loud. Our ears hurt from the volume. We had to excuse ourselves and leave before ordering. The staff, however, was lovely… very gracious and understanding. We felt bad having to leave, but we knew the evening would not bring us joy! On the other hand, the breakfasts every morning of our stay were perfect with incredible service from all the waitstaff. Food very good. Johnna was over-the-top wonderful,, anticipating our culinary needs before even having to ask (i.e. always ready to warm up the coffee, etc.).

The food and service were great but an Elvis impersonator on Christmas Eve took the edge off of what would have been a nice evening.

The live music was terrific although too loud to enjoy indoors so we moved to the patio. The restaurant seemed understaffed-we had a difficult time flagging down someone to take our oder and the food didn’t come out as ordered. The food was delicious, though. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed the evening and would go again because of the setting and entertainment.
