House Without A Key open nightly for dinner (reservations) and Sunset Cocktails (walk in basis) at our terrace with Hawaiian Entertainment.

Breakfast Buffet from 7:00am - 10:30am. Lunch from 11:30am - 4:00pm. Cocktails and Dinner from 5:00pm - 9:00pm.

House Without A Key is a distinctive open-air restaurant providing more casual fare and nightly Hawaiian music. It’s Halekulani’s gathering spot for informal meals and our signature Mai Tai.

House Without A Key is happy to announce, The Waitiki 7 performing live in person May 24 & 25, 2024. One Show each day. This is a free show, Reservations are required, call 808.518.2019 to reserve your seats today. Food and Beverage offerings will be available for purchase. Show starts at 6:00pm both days. Guests are asked to arrive by 5:00pm.

Posto molto bello e suggestivo! Cena con intrattenimento musicale hawaiano e cocktail. Avrei preferito porzioni più grandi, considerando anche il costo. Molto consigliato 🤙🏻

Always delightful to be outdoors enjoying the wonderful artists under the Hau tree. However, very disappointed with the host staff not acknowledging or honoring my preferred seating request when clearly there were those types of seats available as I had to politely insist on being moved. It worked out in the end, but I just wish that the staff was made to understand that if we're going to go to the convenience of making our reservations through OpenTable noting special occasions (this was an anniversary dinner -- also not acknowledged) and other requests, that they take the time to read the note(s) and do their best to fulfill the request(s).

The live music adds so much to the overall experience. The food is delicious and the service was so good!!

Not too much variety in terms of food but great place to grab drinks and enjoy the live music and the beautiful ocean view. Service was just average and they weren’t able to accommodate our request for a table even though we made reservations a few months in advance and specifically requested a table in a somewhat private corner with a good view where we could enjoy the entertainment, view, our drinks and order some appetizers. However, because we weren’t ordering dinner, we were seated out in the open chairs and because of that we didn’t order much. Server was also just average. Not very friendly but polite and did his job.

Very pricey for what you get. The food was good, but still felt overpriced. The mai tai is not worth $24 at all, it’s batched. Our server was overall inattentive and had an attitude when she did come around. The sunset was beautiful with the live music, even though they only played for about 20 minutes during our 90 minute-2 hour dining experience. I wouldn’t return for dinner. Possibly a (different) cocktail during sunset. There are much better places out there.

This restaurant is the entire package - great food, fabulous service, unmatched ambiance. The addition of the live music and hula dancer was perfect!
