   Everything was phenomenal. Even though we were a few minutes late for our reservation. We were sat in a timely manner. Our server, Harold, was phenomenal. He anticipated every need. His knowledge on the wine menu was impressive and he timed the courses and pairings perfectly. Overall best experience we have had dining. We both work in the industry and we're floored by the food and service we received. Would recommend to anyone visiting or living in Atlanta.

   Took my wife here for her birthday. It was crazy busy and fortunately had a reservation. Our server was very courteous, polite, and friendly which always creates a good experience. Intimate dining setting with live music mad for good ambiance. Great experience!

   The food and drinks are excellent. I love the love music as well. However, the service was not that good. We had a reservation, and still had to wait about 20 minutes. I had to go the the hostess 3 times to ask about our table. We had another engagement to attend after dinner so was the whole point of making the reservation. Once we got to the table, our server was slow to greet us. But after awhile the service got better. Overall I had a great time. The food was great!

   The smoked salmon appetizer was EXCELLENT!!! My friend and I had a wonderful experience. The Smoke Salmon appetizer is a "NEW FAVORITE" of mine. Of course my French Dip Sandwich was delicious as always!!!

   Houston's has been in Atlanta for many years and never appears as a top restaurant on any list. However, it's easily one of the best experiences overall as any other restaurant Atlanta has to offer. To begin with, the ambiance of Houston's on Peachtree is unbeatable. It's warm and cozy, and makes you feel relaxed. The menu is rather small, but the food is consistently outstanding, including the cocktails. I brought two business associates from out of town, and they raved about the restaurant. My Japanese colleague said the Hawaiian Ribeye was one of the best steaks he's ever had, and I have to concur. Houston's is wonderful.

   UPDATE: We LOVE Houston's on P'tree. It's our weekly or often times more than once a week go-to for dinner and lunch. I had posted a couple of months back that I didn't like the bar situation but now that there's a wait list at the bar things are working out better without the bar stools that were removed. Thanks again, Patsy, for my birthday dinner this week and to Audra and Kady as well and ESPECIALLY two of our faves, Mama Geeg, Jessica and Renee!!

   Great restaurant, great atmosphere, great service and great ribs. Three of the four of us ordered ribs and all plates were delicious. Glad we made reservations as the wait for those without a reservation on a Saturday night was one hour at the time of our arrival.
