    Service wasn’t the best. Lacked knowledge of menu items that were not available, appetizer and side dish arrived after we finished entrees. Bill included a 20% gratuity (on a party of 3) that we were not informed on. Disappointing Christmas dinner.

    There were no peas in my shepherd’s pie. They subbed carrots, which were not in the description on the menu-English Peas were. My family asked that I not send it back fearing a scene so I didn’t but I won’t be back.

    Waited for 15 mins but no serve came up to, one server worked at the table next to us even gave us a side eye then pretended us ever existed. So we just left.

    CHRISTMAS DREAMLAND!!! This place was even better than I expected. The Christmas decorations are AMAZING. Literally it was the most magical atmosphere. They even changed the pictures on the wall to pictures of Santa and the staff were dressed in red. Our waiter was so sweet- she was on the younger side- I wish I remembered her name to give her a personal shoutout. The food menu is pretty small but the drink menu is grand and festive. Also pro tip- they have a fun hidden photo booth down by the bathrooms. If you want to get into the holiday spirit this is your place. I would’ve come here so many times during the holiday season if I could.

    Terrible experience. “Jingle Bell Brunch” was a poor experience- not worth a $10 per person deposit.

    Asked for no cheese in the omelette. They had to remake it twice and still came out with cheese. It took over an hour and I ended up not getting food and didn’t eat and left.

    The restaurant cancelled our reservation a mere 2 hours and 10 minutes before the designated time because someone at the last minute rented it for a private party. They wanted us to go to their crappy duster restaurant instead. This is unacceptable.
